Answers:
Inarizushi is available in the refrigerated section of Japanese markets, but it is only classed as "sushi" because the rice is sushi!. It IS vegetarian, in that it is rice in tofu pockets!. Some seasonings may be added!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I haven't seen inari-zushi at any grocery stores, but you can get California rolls at most grocery stores (I've even seen it at discount grocery stores but can't vouch for the taste)!. Some places have them being made fresh, which is best!. Inari can usually be found at Japanese restaurants (which doesn't help you)!. You could also make your own if you're adventurous and want to go to a Japanese grocery store (if you live in a big city, there will likely be a grocery store where you can find all kinds of sushi)!. And indeed, California rolls are not vegetarian (which would be a bonus of making them yourself)!. Enjoy!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

California rolls aren't vegetarian!.!.!. they're pescatarian (made with imitation crab which is made of fish)!. Anyways, try Safeway, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
