Meat Curries are normally spicy!. I would try the following menu
Grains: Naan (bread), Pilaf (Peas and Basmati Rice)
Vegetable Curry: Makhni Palak Paneer (Buttery Spinach and Cheese), Vegetable Korma,
Lentils: Fry Dal (Mung Beans, or split chickpeas)
Appetizer: Tandoori Chicken
Dessert: Kheer (Rice pudding), Gajar Halwa (Carrot cake)
Beverages: Lassi (Whipped yogurt)Www@FoodAQ@Com

They have awesome bread- naan, and all kinds of great appetizers that are not too spicy!. There are also some very mild-tasting curries that are yogurt or cream based!.
East Indian deserts are very good- very rich, but great tasting!.
They also have rosewater ice cream!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
