Ceviche is served on tostadas!. You can also put a few slices of avocado on the tostada with the ceviche!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A nice cold Corona beer would go great with a ceviche tostada!. Ceviche tostadas are normally served by themselves with a side of avocado!. So when you make Ceviche be sure to make LOTS of it because each person will want a minimum of 3 tostadas to feel full!. If you add the beer though, it'll help them feel full faster!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

tostadas or chips, hot sauce (i like cholula or valentina), and margaritas!.

If you like really spicy stuff -
finely chop 1/4 onion and 1-2 habaneros
add 1 cup lime juice and a dash of salt!.

let sit for at least an hour and it makes an awesome hot sauce for the tostadas!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A crisp, dry white wine would be perfect, like New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc or Austrian Gruner Veltliner!. If you can't find those, Chateau Ste!. Michelle Sauvignon Blanc from Washington would work well too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
