It is a clay pot the size of a barrel!. The inside is heated with coal so that the clay can become soft, and the soft Naan bread dough can stick easily onto the clay, cooking it!. The same goes for cooking chicken, you can marinate chicken and skew them to long metal skewers and cook them in raw heat inside the tandoor!. It is one the healthest ways to eat!Www@FoodAQ@Com
