It's called ARROZ CON GANDULES, LECHON ASADO, PASTELES and COQUITO!. I'll translate!. This is in Puerto Rico!.
Rice with peas, lechon is broiled pig, pasteles is a food made of plaintain with chicken and lots of vegetables and you cook it in a plaintain leaf!. Coquito is a drink made of coconut, two types of milks, coconut cream and RUM!!

A traditional dish to Ireland would probably be an Irish Stew!. It consists of meat such as steak pieces or lamb/mutton or stewing beef, vegetables such as onions, carrots and potatoes!. Pearl barley is also nice in it to thicken it up!. For a nice flavour u can add stock cubes or u can mix a packet or 2 of soup in it!. It's really lovely!.

Buffalo Wings: from the country of Buffalo


ingredients:
20 chicken wings, drums separated from flats, skin on, tips removed
1 cup Franks hot sauce
1 cup butter



Heat deep fryer to 365F!. Fry wings 12-14 minutes!. They will be golden in color!. Drain thoroughly!.
Melt butter!. Mix with hot sauce!.
In extremely large bowl, mix sauce with wings!. Shaking is traditional!.
Remove from sauce!. Serve with celery, carrots, and garlicy blue cheese dressing!.
To make hotter, omit butter!. To make milder, decrease hot sauce up to 1/4 cup!.

8 large baking potatoes, peeled and quartered
2 teaspoons butter, divided
1/2 cup milk, or as needed
salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 pounds beef sausage
1/2 cup diced onion
1 (!.75 ounce) packet dry brown gravy mix
1 cup water, or as needed

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Place potatoes in a saucepan with enough water to cover!. Bring to a boil, and cook until tender, about 20 minutes!. Drain, and mash with 1 teaspoon of butter, and enough milk to reach your desired creaminess!. Continue mashing, or beat with an electric mixer, until smooth!. Season with salt and pepper!.
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until heated through!. Remove from pan, and set aside!. Add remaining teaspoon of butter to the skillet, and fry the onions over medium heat until tender!. Mix gravy mix and water as directed on the package, and add to the skillet with the onions!. Simmer, stirring constantly, to form a thick gravy!.
Pour half of the gravy into a square casserole dish so that is coats the bottom!. Place sausages in a layer over the gravy (you can butterfly the sausages if you wish)!. Pour remaining gravy over them, then top with mashed potatoes!.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until potatoes are evenly brown!.

Peope from west India: Mostly eat wheat or rice roti (Roti = Bread) with vegitable curry or fish Curry made with coconut milk (those who stay near sea shore) along with steem dal-rice and sweets, pickle, chrispy papad, pakora!.
thats basic food!.

North India: Roti made from Maiz or wheat with palak paneer, chane-chole, dal tadka, aachar!.

East India: Fish curry and rice, Sweets (rush-gulla)

I'm Peruvian!. There are so many dishes!. Since I can only choose one, I'll say Ceviche, which is made of fish or other seafood marinated in lime juice and ground chilies and sliced onions!. It is served cold with a slice of steamed corn and a slice of sweet potato!. The staple food in Peru is the potato!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
