The spelling is sushi!. Sushi is a popular Japanese dish that usually contains raw fish, sea weed(or nori-in Japanese), and vinegared rice!. Other sushi can have eggs or raw veggies, like cucumbers!. I personally like putting sesemi seeds in mine!. For taste, you can use wasabi, or soysauce!.
