I'm going to a Japanese restaurant, what is Robata?!

Question: I'm going to a Japanese restaurant, what is Robata!?
I looked it up in the dictionary but all it said was that Robata was a method of Japanese cooking!. But what is it!? Is it a roll or an actual entree!? If it's an entree, what is it served with!? Rice!?

Like 'Chilean Sea Bass Robata' what is that!?

also what is Takami!? Roll or entree!?

It's the Japanese version of grilling, robatayaki (or robata for short) in refined but rustic Japanese restaurants where food is cooked in front of the customer and served with excruciating simplicity!.

Takami is actually a proper Japanese name, the restaurant may have named an entree or roll by that name to honor somebody most likely!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
