Answers:
This is like the most basic Indian Chicken Curry:(The way I make when I am slacking and its dinner time)

A medium chicken: Cut into small piece (A bit larger than bite size)!.
Onion: 1 Large (Cubed)
Ginger: Chopped 2 tsp
Garlic: Chopped 2 tsp
Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder: 2tsp
Garam Masala: 1/2 tspn
Chilly powder: 3/4 or 1 table spoon (Depends on how spicy you want it)
Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
Salt: As preferred!.
Water: As required
Oil: 4 tablespoon (Cooking Oil: Vegetable/Olive!.!.!.)
Optional:
Coriander leaves/Cilantro, Tomato!.

Method:
1- Take a pan and and add the Garam Masala, Chilly powder, Coriander powder, turmeric powder and heat it just so that its hot!. Don't burn it!. Add about 1/4 cup water to it to make a paste of it and keep it aside!.

2- Heat large skillet and add oil--> Add onions/garlic/ginger--> As the onins become glassy/transparent--->Add the paste made above-->Now add salt--> Now add the chicken that was cut!.

3- Cook for about 45-55 mins (It depends on what you set your stove temp to)

3- Before taking it off add the optional ingredients!.

TIPS:

- You may notice that the water content is decreasing in the 45-55 mins, you may add 1/4 cup of water, every time it boils of and u feel chicken will burn off!.

- I like the meal without a lot of curry in it (Thicker curry)!. After it cooks put it on high that the water mail boil off and u get think curry!

- It is good with Rice, pita bread, chappathi (indian flat wheat bread), puri (fried flat bread)!.

Enjoy!

1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 8 oz can of coconut milk
1 tbsp red curry paste
Salt & Pepper to Taste
1/2 tsp fish oil
1/8 - 1/4 cup brown sugar
optional: 5 Clementine oranges OR 1 diced pineapple

Directions
Cut chicken into cubes and cook over heat!.
Once chicken is mostly cooked, Cut up the onion and the garlic and add!.
Add salt & pepper to taste!.
Cook until onion is translucent, not brown!.
Add coconut milk and curry paste
Bring to simmer
Add fish oil!.
Slowly add in sugar, stirring to dissolve!.
Curry should be neither sweet nor salty, so when the balance between the fish oil and the sugar is made, you should stop adding them!. If it’s too salty, add more sugar!. If it’s too salty, add more fish oil!.
Simmer for about 2 or 3 minutes!.
Add in your orange slices or pineapple to taste and let cook an additional minute or so!.
