Anyone know how to make Hon Sue Guy and chinese dish from New England area? The mushroom sauce ?!

I do not know this is it but never hurts to try!. Sounds like a great sauce anyway!. This one comes from New Hampshire!.
Char-Sui Sauce
Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons black bean paste
5 ounces Mirin sweetened sake
4 ounces oyster sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Tablespoons Ah-So sauce
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon chili paste
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup water
Mix all ingredients together in a sauce pan!. Simmer on low for 12 minutes!.
Spread the sauce over fish, chicken, or pork, as you desire, and bake as usual!.
Makes: 1 to 2 cups!.
