Help identifying food--Is this dish also known in Singapore?!
I'm doing a report on the influence of Chinese cultures on contemporary East Asian foods for my college course!. The dish in the picture below was obtained in Thailand and I think it is a Chinese-origin food (although most people there didn't know that) It is essentially a clear soup of blood pudding with pork (some are pork balls) and a variety of organs, such as intestine and liver!. There's also some vegetables in it!. It is always eaten with rice!. Can people in Singapore recognise this food!? If so do you know what this is called in Singapore!. Although I've there many times I don't remember eating this dish!. Thanks!

Hi, what you have in the picture is essentially what we chinese call "zhu za tang", in other words, pig organ soup!. And yes, it is available in Singapore!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I think it may be either bak kut teh (literally, pork bone tea) or "lion's head" soup!.
