Yes, the chicken looks good!. It's cut perfectly!. Don't peel off the skin until you eat it!. That is just how the Cantonese serve the chicken!. Steamed chicken is very healthy!. Adding some soysauce is all right!. They don't usually serve with cucumbers!. For the dipping sauce, they usually serve this scallion sauce!. It's made of ginger, scallion, and more!.

Looks very good, and very similar to the Thai dish Khao Mun Gai, which is steamed chicken with garlic rice, cucumber slices, and topped with the fermented soybean sauce (basically the same thing)!.
