Which Chilli varieties would be best to grow to help my Thai cookery? ?!
Which seed varieties are used most in Thai cookery!? I live in the UK and have a unheated greenhouse!. I have grown several varieties if chilli in the past like Tom Long, Apache and Hot Wax but supermarket chillis are just labelled as Thai - no variety named!. Thai Sun or Thai Dragon!. I think Thai Dragon and Thai Hot are the same pepper!. That's the one that I have and the peppers are HOT! Www@FoodAQ@Com
if you like your chilli hot then the small red ones, if you like it mild the larger ones, it depends on you aloneWww@FoodAQ@Com
