Mexican Rice recipe?!
I have garlic, rice (duh), chicken bullion, tomato sauce, salt, !.!.water!.!.oil!.!.!.!.now i just nee the instruccions on how to make it all come together! LOL Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just made it right now for dinner!.
Rinse the rice first, 1 cup!. Dry w/ paper towels and fry in a tablespoon of oil till different shades of brown, try not to burn!. add garlic, smashed and fry with rice till aroma comes out!.
Dissolve 1 bouillon in 2 cups of hot water!. Add to rice and watch out it's gonna boil!
Add can of tomato sauce, salt, pepper and half a whole onion
-Do not stir! Bring to a boil and cover!. Turn down to a simmer for 15-20 minutes!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
