What is naruto food? (Not talking about the anime!)?!

Question: What is naruto food!? (Not talking about the anime!)!?
Lately I've seen mention of naruto, then in quotes after it "as in the food, not the cartoon!." What does that mean!? I've seen naruto rolls as well, also with a mention of "nothing to do with the TV show!."Www@FoodAQ@Com

The food naruto is sliced fish cake, or kamaboko in Japanese!. They usually can be found in different shapes and the most famous one, one with a pink spiral, is referred to as "naruto" because the spiral resembles a tidal whirlpool in the Japanese city of Naruto!. In the anime, Naruto usually eats ramen with sliced naruto (the fishcake) in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is "Natto" not Naruto Natto is a soured fermented soy bean that is used in many different applications from sushi rolls to tofu topping!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
