Who knows how to make Arabic cheese bread?!

Question: Who knows how to make Arabic cheese bread!?
I think it's called Manaeesh, but we always just called it cheese bread in Saudi!. It can also come with zaatar!. My problem is that I can't find the exact right cheese!. Haloumi cheese doesn't melt goey enough, and all the recipes I've seen online call for "white cheese"!. Please somebody be specific and tell me the name of the cheese I'm looking for and where I can find it!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Kenafa is an unsalted, very fresh, soft cheese that melts easily and freely!. It is used to make the popular "cheesecake"-like dessert that is sometimes called Kenafa by people in the Middle East!. It can also be used as a base for other sweet cheese desserts!. It is sold frozen because there is no salt in it and is available in both retail and bulk packages!.

Feta often called 'white cheese' in the various languages and are found in the eastern Mediterranean and around the Black Sea!. Feta cheese is white, usually formed into square cakes, and can range from soft to semi-hard, with a tangy, salty flavor that can range from mild to sharp!. The cured cheese easily crumbles!.
