Here's a pretty good site for you!. I live in SoCal and am addicted to taco wagons!. The real ones bear NO resemblance to the whitecican food that you get at most retail places!. The basics of the taco I'm sure go back to way before colonial times and has it's roots in indigenous cuisine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
