What cut of beef is used in yakiniku? ?!
Answers:
There is no absolute specific cut for yakiniku!. You can use what ever cut of beef that you can afford!.
My favorite is rib eye sliced teriyaki (thickness) grade!. Sukiyaki grade is thinner and can also be used!. However, just keep in mind that no matter how thin you slice it, tough (cheap) meat will not be easier to chew!. I buy mine online at Japan Super!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am a former chef and worked in Japan in the 1980's, I would use top or bottom sirloin tip/tails, even a prime rib is nice or skirt steak tooWww@FoodAQ@Com
