I don't see a single reason why you couldn't make Plantain Bread!. Just replace bananas with the plantains!. Why not!?

Bake them!. I make baked bananas all the time and they're wonderful!. Just cut them in half, place them in a greased baking pan (8x8), top with a few pats of butter and sprinkle them with brown sugar!. Bake them at 325 for 15 minutes; serve them warm with whipped cream!. YUM!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

add plantains, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, some almonds, some pistachios and mango fruit!. Blend and makes a delicious drink!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

How 'bout Sauteed Plantains in Caramel Sauce!? Its an Emeril recipe but looks pretty easy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
