Yes!. Horchata is Rice Water!. Its super easy to make and delicious!. Here is my family's recipe for Horchata:
2 C!. Rice
5-6 Cinnamon Sticks (canela)
2 Cans Condensed Milk
Water
1/4 C!. Sugar
In a bowl, add rice, cinnamon sticks and enough water to cover!. Let sit for about an hour or two for the rice & cinnamon to soften and the flavors to mix!. Blend Well!. Pour through a FINE sieve or colander into a pitcher (the colander/sieve has to be fine or else the drink will be gritty)!. Add condensed milk and enough water to fill the pitcher (about 2qts!.) Add sugar to taste (about 1/4 cup)!. Stir Well and serve chilled over ice!. ENJOY!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Horchata is what you're looking for!. You can usually find mixes available!. It might take some trial and error till you find one you like, but the mixes are a LOT easier than making it from scratch!Www@FoodAQ@Com
