How to use Green Chile Powder? ?!
I have some Green Chile Powder and want to make enchiladas!. What is the difference between Red and Green Chile powder!? Can I use any recipe and just substitute the Green Chile powder for the Red!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could use the green chile powder to make a green sauce like you would use the red; however it will not be the traditional green chile which uses fresh or frozen roasted, peeled chiles!.Good though!. The green chile powder is good for spiking soups and stews and in dry rub marinades!. also, you can mix with sour cream for a dip or with Mayo for sandwiches!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
