What is the difference in chow mien noodles?!
Some recopies say use egg noodles, others say vermicelli and some say "chow mien noodle"!. Which one is the thinner with a bite like at some Panda Express or Vietnamese restaurants!?

chow mein noodles are the ones you would get if you are trying to achieve a panda express type of dish!. vermicelli is what you would find in a chinese restaurant in china town, and egg noodles can be shaped a variety of ways, and i think you can get chow mein egg noodles at the local 99 ranch market, if there is one near you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
