Question: I am making Chicken Tiki Masala tonight for dinner!.!.!.any suggestions!?
I am making Chicken Tiki Masala!. I got a really great spice pack from my local grocery where you add in tomatoes, onions, green peppers, cream, and some sugar!. I can't wait!
But, am I missing anything that I need to make it taste extra good!?

Chicken Tikka Masala is nice with the rice and naan (flatbred) suggested, the cucumber salad the one fellow said is a nice touch, even adding some plain yougart to make it into a "Raita", I like to make a second curry like a chickpea or spinach one, but the salads and naan are fine!.

Just make sure to add the cream in the later stages unless you using heavy cream or it will split, to prevent this mix it with a bit of cornstarch to thicken the sauce if it is a bit thin, season to your taste, the packets give you the basic flavour the rest is up to you, Hope you are happy with the dinner and try some more exciting other dishes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Its served with basmati rice and cooked with tomatoe paste (typically not fresh tomatoes) cream, garam masala seasoning, paprika, chili powder, turmeric cumin and a whole ton of other spices!. I made it recently and it turned out fantastic!.

I suggest marinating the cubed chicken overngiht in a plain greek yougure seasoned with chili power!. Then grill teh chicken slightly to get it cooke dont eh outside before adding it to your sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ususally with indian food the sides are a simple salad,
you have sliced sweet onions, tomatoes and cucumber with some salt and pepper!.
lemon juice goes very good with indian food!.
also those spice packets are good, but it would be better to do it fresh
