Filipino food question...?!


Question: Filipino food question!.!.!.!?
I had this filipino food thing that was batter with bean sprouts, onion, vegetables etc!. and whole shrimp all mixed into the batter then deep fried by the big spoonful!. It's eaten with vinegar that has garlic and black pepper!.
