Question: Chinese soup called maki!?
do you have a recipe for maki or where could i find a recipe for the chinese soup called maki!.!.!.it's like the eggdrop soup but the maki is brown in color and has pork in it!. often we add black vinegar in this soup!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

sliced meat into small pieces, season with soy sauce, pepper (a little ginger if using beef), coat and tenderize with starch!. Boil stock (pork or beef) or water, add the meat one by one (so will it not form into a lump)!. Cook!. Season with soy sauce, pepper!. Add a slurry of starch!. Lastly, add/drop egg (slightly beaten)!. Spring onions maybe added!.

Maki is a Japanese word and describes rolled sushi with nori (seaweed) used as a wrapper around sushi rice!.
