Drink cold carbonated water but also eat a piece of plain bread in between sips!. The bread will absorb the irritant and the carbonated water will flush your tongue letter with the fizz!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

MILK!. Dairy is the most efficient way to get rid of spice!. No bread, you'd need a ton of alcohol to make a big difference!. Good luck on your next bowel movement!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
