Anyone have any ideas what to do with indian baby pumpkin? ?!

It is lovely when boiled,mashed with a touch of cream and butter and black pepper and (depending on taste) a teaspoon of cumin to accompany any savoury dish!.
mashed with egg and milk and sugar and mixed spice to taste it makes delicious tarts or a large sweet flan!.!.!.a tip is sprinkle sugar on top and grill once cooked or in the last 20 mins od baking for a caramalised top,,,serve with cream or ice cream!,,,,YUM!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cut in half, scoop the seeds out, sprinkle with some chana masala or sabzi masala and roast in the oven for 40 minutes or so at 200C!. A knife should go through the flesh easily when cooked!.
Don't boil it plain, it loses flavour!. You could however peel, deseed and add to curries and boil it that way!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
