Tips for making veggie sushi?!
I'm planning on making some veggie sushi!. Any ideas on a vegetarian topping/filling for maki or nigiri sushi!? Thanks!Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I worked as a chef we used cucumbers sliced and in strips, blanched carrot the same way, daikon radish either plain or pickled, pickled ginger, spinach, red/green peppers either raw or roasted, green onions, any sauteed mushrooms, asparagus, zucchini and summer squash anything that can be eaten raw /partially cooked or cooked is open to a sushi of some type!.
For Maki style is better, even reverse style, on nigiri style it is trickier, but can be done!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You should definitely check out Kimbap (which is basically a Korean roll, that's basically vegetarian)!.
