The original chinese version is much different from the korean/chinese version!. Good Korean 'jja jjang myun' is made w/ black bean sauce with freshly made noodles from scratch!. The chinese version is also w/ lite black bean sauce thats not as saucy, but the famous italian spaghetti dish orginated from this chinese dish!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Not my favorite!. Some chinese taste good, but this foods, specially from Fast-food locations are VERY bad for you!.
They use a lot of oil to cook, so lots of fat, lots of Calories!.
