Answers:
It depends on how much (if any) sugar you add!. also depends on the coffee!.
I'd say all things being the same:
#2 latte
#4 vanilla
#6 hazelnut
#8 cappuccino
#10 espresso

Only because the strength of the coffee usually increases as such and flavored coffee just hides the "bitterness" but I could make a cup of plain old joe much stronger and more bitter by simply adding more grounds!. Latte is weakened by adding milk so it's bound to be first!. Espresso of course is concentrated coffeee so obviously it's bound to be the strongest!.Cappuccinoo could go on either end of the spectrum but that'd depend on the person!.
sorry, I left out cafe au lait!.!.!. give it a 2-3 it's not bitter with all that milk but again sweetness would be determines by the sugar!.!.not as sweet as chocolate which would also depend on the sugar
actually raw chocolate is a lot more bitter than raw coffeeWww@FoodAQ@Com

Cafe au lait is essentially half coffee and half steam milk!. It doesn't taste bitter unless you use strong coffee!. I would give it a 3!.

Latte = 4 depends if you add sugar or honey
Cappucino =6-7 depends on how strong the espresso is!.

Hazelnut coffee = 2
French Vanilla bean = 3
Espresso can be strong =8Www@FoodAQ@Com
