What relatively healthy indian food can i have that's vegetarian? don't tell me what not to have please?!

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 yellow onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
4 cups vegetable broth
2 cups red lentils, picked through for stones and rinsed
1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes, with their juice
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons finely chopped ginger
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
Salt to taste
1 jalape?o pepper, finely chopped
Method
Heat oil in a large heavy bottom 5-quart pan over medium high heat, add onions, and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes!. Add cumin seeds, cardamom, and garlic to the pan and stir until the spices are just fragrant, about 2 minutes!. Add broth, lentils, tomatoes and their juice, cilantro, ginger, turmeric, salt and jalape?o pepper!. Bring to a boil over high heat!. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer, stirring often, until lentils become soft, about 15 minutes!. Ladle lentils into bowls and serve!.

Any veggie curry can be made in a healthy was!. You can use almost any vegetable you like, just consider the cooking times!.
Saute a chopped onion in olive oil till it's tender, throw in a couple teaspoons (depending on how spicy you like things) of curry powder!. After cooking for a minute or two, throw in some fresh or canned diced tomatoes!. Bring to a simmer and throw in whatever other vegetables you want!. the healthiest and lowest in fat food u get as far as indian food is concerned would be the rice with the dhaal!. dhaal are lentils!. normally the way indian food is cooked at restaurants is very fatty not like home cooking but dhaal is quite low fat!. also things like tandoori roti without the butter u can eat that with some saag like spinach saag or paneer with spinach those r the ones that contain least oil also dhum aloo!. ummm!.!.!.thats all i can think of really!.
