Origin of famous dishes.. is it possible to find a book that compiles this information?!
I love to cook and always amaze me the big range of tastes and flavours you can get!. I have a collection of cooking books but never found one that have all the information about famous dishes!. Can somebody give me a hint of where to find it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

First you have to define famous dishes!. Emeril has his own cookbook, alot of other chefs too Paula Deen etc!.!.!.!. Even Top Chef has one which I own!. I would search the internet and see!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
