You're right!. Visit the Chinese restaurants in an Asian country, and the authentic Chinese food is actually really healthy!. The Chinese food that most people here on Yahoo Answers here have tasted are the modified kind of Chinese food!. It has been modified to suit the tastes of the people!.

MSG is supposed to enhance the flavour of ingredients used in Chinese style recipes!. Enhancement is needed or wanted when the ingredients are not fresh, either because they are only found frozen or because of long storage!. I cook Chinese dishes frequently, never use frozen ingredients and never use MSG!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
