Answers:
Albacore is very good but sometimes it can be pretty pricey!. I recommend trying Hamachi (Yellow Tail) its light and buttery!. Some other favorites I have are Saba(Mackerel) and Sake(Salmon), they're both pretty oily and have a stronger fish flavor!. Go with Hamachi =)Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you want real good sushi, don't get a roll!. Just get the fish on rice!. Tuna and salmon are really good and mild, especially if you're not used to sushi!.
For a main dish, pork katsu is great!. My personal favorite though, is tempura!.!.!.lightly battered and fried veggies and shrimp!. SO YUMMY!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try Albacore sushi!. It is lightly seared Albacore tuna on rice!. It is the greatest food in the world!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you want to try something really different, order some udon noodles!. They are so delicious! Udon runs a little expensive, but it's worth it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try a soft shell crab roll! It has a fried soft shell crab rolled up with some other veggies!. It is served with ponzu sauce (vinegar and soy sauce and lemon juice), and is very tasty!Www@FoodAQ@Com
