Where can i buy an oyster mushroom?!

Any Asian store!. They have them canned as well!. You just have to look at the picture on the front!. It's near all the other canned mushrooms!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can try your local supermarket but I doubt it!. When I worked at whole Foods we carried them always!. If you can not find Oyster Mush!. try lobster mush!. I also know they carried dried oyster and lobster mushrooms at Whole Foods!. Just ask for them!. when you get them home place them in a bowl and cover with boiling water to rehydrate them!. save the liquid has great flavor!Www@FoodAQ@Com
