Where to get sashimi grade fish in NYC?!
Obviously there is a fish market somewhere that sells Sashimi grade fish somewhere but I don't know where it is!. It can be in NYC or anywhere near here!. Thanks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The fish place in Chelsea Market had some great looking stuff the last time I stopped by, especially the tuna!. If you're ever in Jersey go to Mitsuwa!. I think they have a shuttle bus, and you might be able to take a ferry!. They have everything Japanese you might ever need!. Little bit pricey, but super fresh fish!. Wonderful food court as well
the second place is"Union Square" Greenmarket!. the fish stand is on the west side, around 15th street!. the fish is caught off Montauk the previous day, so it's "off the boat"!. By one o'clock the good stuff is gone!. If you can get there by 10 or 11 you'll be in good shape!.
Their fish is light years better and fresher than any store!.
