I am a former chef and of German heritage and simple one would be Das Deuschen Has, loosely translated it means the German Home!.

Alot has to due in Germany with the food or style of food they serve, something the "The Wurst Restaurant in Town" a place you would sell various different sausages!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There's a German restaurant I go to called Der Jagerhaus (with two dots on top of the a after the J)!. It means "The Hunter's House"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
