I am a former chef and of German heritage and simple one would be Das Deuschen Has, loosely translated it means the German Home!.

There's a German restaurant I go to called Der Jagerhaus (with two dots on top of the a after the J)!. It means "The Hunter's House"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
