I cannot find a good recipe that I can understand for nihari curry I am using Shan spices but they don't even ?!

Nihari Curry is made from the shank of Mutton!. The bones are cut about 2" long from bone-in shank!. The recipe originated in Delhi sold at Jama Masjid and Daryaganj area!. Nowadays, it is a popular dish in Karachi (Pakistan)!. The problem is the original dish was cooked slowly on low heat overnight and served for breakfast!. Eight to ten hours of cooking made the mutton soft and tender!.
I also Googled for you!. I found one recipe but it uses Beef and bones!. You can substitute with Lamb Shank!. I suggest you prepare it in slow-cooker for about six hours!. You may like the results!.
