Question: Are eggs used in the creation of Indian dosa!?
Answers:
Eggs aren't used normally, it's just rice, lentils spices and water!. They go fluffy because the yeast in the rice and lentils ferments slightly!.

Avoid egg curry (and yes there is such a thing!)

Eggs tend to be used as a coating, for example some kebabs are dipped in beaten egg before cooking!. And some curries have omelette in, there's one with chicken cooked in a tandoor with keema (lamb mince) curry, that usually has an omelette on top (and loads of whole green chilis too!)

It will always say on the menu in an indian restaurant if there are eggs in, as some religeons insist on veganism and they need to know!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
