OMG miso katsu sounds awesome-I was going to make pork curry for dinner, but I'm switching to Miso Katsu instead!.

I do not have a true recipe, but here's my plan:
Prepare the miso sauce in small pan over med-low heat: red miso, sweet mirin wine, dashi (bonito soup base), sugar to taste!. Basically a miso "BBQ" sauce!.
Then Pan fry pork slices (I pound mine flat first, then dip in flour, egg wash, then Panko bread crumbs; fry in an inch of canola oil-turn once and drain on wire cooling rackWww@FoodAQ@Com

I could not find any recipe!.
Miso katsu is a pork cutlet that you eat concerned with a sauce made from hatcho miso or another bean miso!. Filled with flavor, bean miso is characterized by its mellow taste!. The key to the taste is carefully selected pork and a specially made miso sauce!. It is said that only a few chefs know the recipe for the sauce, which is a carefully guarded secret!.
