Something like Sushi but not -- it had avocado and rice and you dip it in soy sauce or wasabee. What is it?!

it is sushi!.!. it was a vegetarian type of sushi, which is the only type I eat, as a vegetarian!.
If it was from a Korean cook or Korean restraunt, their name for it is "Kim-bap"
but if you were given wasabi, it was likely Japanese

It was probably a vegetable sushi roll!. You see, you don't have to have raw fish in a sushi roll!. Just prepare sushi like you normally would, but instead of fish substitute vegetables or the avocado!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
