Whats YOUR recipe for enchiladas?!
I fry the tortilla then put cheese and roll it!. Then I put the sauce(made from scratch) on top!. How do you like it!? Do you eat it fried* or baked!?

instead of rolling the torilla with cheese we tear the tortillas into 4 pieces and throw em in the chile mixture while the chile is boiling along with the cheese!. Then just serve ina plate!. Its so much easier than rolling!.!.!.!.Another thing we do is just fry the corn tortilla for about 5 secs on each side!. Then put it on your plate add a sprinkle of cheese, then some gound beef then chile, then we do another layer!. Its a faster enchilada also!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
