What is the best on-line recipe website for authentic asian cuisine?!

Question: What is the best on-line recipe website for authentic asian cuisine!?
Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian, Malaysian etc!.

I'm interested in sites which have known good recipes from professional chefs/cooks perhaps taken from a restaurant menu!.

I find Epicurious good for many things, but am looking for something more focused!.

Um, I guess I shouldn't answer!. I don't have any bookmarked anymore!. I used to cook from those recipes but whenever I had an Asian friend over, they would always say, "Hey, this is good, but it's missing such and such" and then they would show me or tell how to really make it!. I will simply look up a recipe when I want to try one, so I can't send you an actual bookmark, but, really, you need a face-to-face with some Asian folks anyway, so I would recommend that it would be better to cultivate some pals from a local campus or something!. I have an advantage because my uncle is Japanese/American!. I was also married to a Korean woman!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I just found thaitable!.com (although I realize that Thai food isn't in your list -- maybe it's in your "etc")!. This site has great recipes for all the basic Thai dishes and even better has a photo dictionary of most of the key Asian fruits, vegetables, spices, and sauces!.

Recipezaar!.com also is pretty good (better than other mainstream sites like, allrecipes!.com)Www@FoodAQ@Com

to be honest i have never come across a eenglish web site or english books that had anything good!. in fact very bad!.

most good asian recipes are passed from one cook to another, almost always men!.

house wives recipes are horrible!.
very little serious cooking is done at home in Asia by house wives!.
we don't have such a thing as "good old home cooking" in Asia!.
