I love Indian food too,the trick is to substitute some calorie laden ingredients with healthy alternatives e!.g Avoid usage of ghee as it has trans fat instead substitute it with canola oil or olive oil !.For more details check out this site

Psst, ghee does not have trans fat!. It is pure butterfat, mostly saturated!.
