Question: What exactly is shredded pork in vietnamese cuisine!?
it's the long thin see-through pieces i'm talking about!. it's been suggested that it's actually pork skin but i'm not sure!. it was served cold and was very thin!.

ha!.!.ha!.!.!. this is called Bi` (pronounced Bee with phonetic down sound)!.!.
and it is PORK RIND!.!.!. just like the rind of bacon!.!.!.
It's usually boiled!.!.and then mixed with roasted 'powdered' rice husk, aswell as boiled/fried strips of pork meat!.!.!.

It's commonly eaten with broken rice, spring onion oil sauce, and fish sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
