Ask them! They are happy to tell you! But until then:

Chop Suey is a purely American-invented dish of meat and celery, bean sprouts, usually mushrooms, carrots, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, and served over fried crispy noodles!.

Moo Goo Gai Pan is white meat chicken and veggies (shrooms, celery, carrots, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts) in white sauce - mild

Da Chien - no idea, but "chien" is "dog" in French!.!.!.!. Hmm!.!.!.!.!.

Moo Shu is diced or shredded meat in a dark gravy w/ small diced veggies that is then served in little eggy pancakes!. You eat it like a wrap, filling a "pancake", rolling it up like a burrito, and eating

Is Kung Bo the same as Kung Pao(Pow)!? If so, diced meat, celery, carrots, and water chestnuts in sweetish, spicy brown sauce!.

If you like General Taso's, also try an Orange Chicken or Sesame Chicken, both are usually very similar to GTso's and very good!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chop Suey: Consists of meats (often chicken, beef, shrimp or pork), cooked quickly with vegetables such as bean sprouts, cabbage, and celery and bound in a starch-thickened sauce!.

Moo Goo Gai Pan: A simple stir-fried dish consisting of sliced or cubed chicken with white button mushrooms and other vegetables!. Popular vegetable additions include snow peas, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and Chinese cabbage!. Moo goo gai pan is different from other Chinese take-out chicken dishes in that it eschews the traditional "brown sauce" in favor of a light chicken broth–based sauce!.

Da Chien Chicken: Crispy chicken with fried rice!.

Moo Shu: Consists of sliced or shredded pork chop meat and scrambled eggs, stir fried in sesame and/or peanut oil together with thinly sliced wood ear mushrooms (black fungus) and day lily buds!. Thinly sliced bamboo shoots may also be used!. The dish is seasoned with minced ginger and garlic, scallions, soy sauce, and rice cooking wine (usually huangjiu)!.

Kung Bo: Chicken cubed with dried whole chili peppers, green peppers, and celery in a spicy Kung Bo sauce, topped with peanuts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you dont want to ask at the restaurant means pick up the menu card and if u see for each dish they would have given a list in which u can find what all things they are adding in it (i dont say all the restaurant will have this but some do have)
