I invited my boss over for dinner - I want to make sushi!. I bought these crabsticks that were in the frozen food section - do I have to steam or cook them before I roll them into makisushi!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do NOT use imitation crab for sushi! You should only use REAL crabmeat or sushi grade fish!. Don't use an inferior product when you're trying to impress your boss:)Www@FoodAQ@Com
