Why are poptarts in the pork section?!


Question: Why are poptarts in the pork section!?
i live in a muslim country, Oman, so its a Muslim country and as most of you know, pork is against the Muslim religion!. So in some supermarkets they have a special 'Pork Room' for the non-Muslims only!. And i was in there the other day with my dad i noticed that pop tarts were in there!.!.!.why is this!? do they contain pork traces!? mm but they sure taste good!Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's because of the Animal Fat! I doubt if you would find Animal Fat in the ones sold here in the US!.!.They are really cracking down on the bad fats here!.!.!.So they obviously have different regulations where you are!.!.!.They won't hurt you unless you eat them all the time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Maybe Pop-Tarts aren't Kosher!?
