I don't like curry but want to try some Indian dishes...?!
The smell of Indian curry really makes me sick!. I've tried tandoori chicken and some other things!. Hated it!. I love ethnic foods but I can't deal with that spice!. Anyway, what other Indian foods can I try that are NOT spicy but flavorful!.

You could always ask for "mild" spice, then you could learn to like the flavor without being overwhelmed by the spicy sensation!.
Things without spice: pakora, nan, samosas, poori, rice, kheer, gulab jaman, etc!.
You can also add raita (cool yougurt sauce) to anything which should cool it down!. :) Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try korma--creamy, not spicy at all!. Or a masala!.
There are so many non-spicy delicious dishes in Indian cuisine: Biryanis, Bajis, Naan bread, and so many more!. The spicy stuff gets the publicity because it's different, but there are many many "calm" dishes!.
There are as many curries as there are cooks!. "Curry" just means "a blend of spices!." Go to your library and look at some Indian cookbooks; each region has its own cuisine and some aren't spicy at all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you don't like Indian food, find something you do like!. Try thai dishes!. they have excellent curry sauces!. To put it blatantly, almost all curry dishes use the same or similar spices, which include spices like garam masala, turmeric, and spices like that!. If it makes you sick, stay away from it or learn to like it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
India is a country of different language people each having their own ways of cooking and spices!. Indian food is not only spices but have lots of other varieties, boiled, fried, steamed, salty, sweets etc!. Unless one eats it is difficult to explain all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
