make your basic cake mixture
4oz flour, 4oz sugar 4oz butter 2 eggs and 2 teaspoons of milk mix together and instead of placing in a cake tim put it into a shallow baking tray cook for slightly less time then let it cool for a moment and when still warm spread with filling and then carefully roll it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Look it up on the internet but basically you just have to make a cake mixture and bake it in like, a flat tray, and when its cooked spread the jam / cream on top, put it on baking paper and roll (be careful cos it breaks really easily)
