Easy - the skin peels off easily leaving the flesh exposed!. Slice it off or cut it into through and fry off!.

um, i dont know how you prepare it, but i ate it in shanghai, china, and it was in a soup!. it was pretty yummy! but since i was 5 at the time, i don't recall the exact taste!. sorta like chicken, but more tender!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I have only had rattlesnake!. We wrapped it in foil with a little salt and pepper cooked in a campfire!. Pretty good!. I did not think it tasted like chicken!. Mild flavor!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
